Rest assured when ever you order an item from us, we will be sure to send you items which have been made recently, we wont ever send you goods which have been sitting on our shelves for long, to be honest chocolate very rarely sits on the shelves here anyway!
Our Courier and tracking
When your parcel has been despatched from us it will be in the safe and capable hands of Parcel Force. We use their 24hour service to get the items to you guaranteed the next day once despatched.
Once despatched we will be able to provide you with a tracking number which you can use on the Parcel Force track and trace website to find out the exact location of your parcel.
We have a fixed price to anywhere in the Mainland UK of £6.95 per consignment. Deliveries to Islands off the mainland are priced at a fixed rate of £27.00

Delivery lead times
Generic chocolates: Usually despatched withing 1-2 working days
Personalised chocolates (New order): Usually despatched 5-7 working days from time of approval
Personalised chocolates (Repeat orders): Usually despatched 3-5 working days
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Our refund policies vary from the type of product which you have purchased with us, please find below information regarding the various types of items:
Non personalised goods bought from us may be cancelled up until the time of despatch.
We offer a return and refund policy on non personalised goods within 7 days of delivery to you, items must be sent back to our warehouse address and received in good condition. It would be advisable to have tracking information for the returned goods in the event of non receipt of returned goods.
Please note all refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Once approval has been given for the personalised goods, we are unable to provide you with the option to cancel the order,
Personalised goods will not be refundable, however replacements may be offered should you feel that the item has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. You will need to provide evidence of this, as well as return the goods to us.
Replacements will not be offered if you wish to change the variables in your order, such as wrapper colours, print colours, printed text.
