Information on chocolate and ingredients
All our products are suitable for vegetarians and are suitable for Kosher and Halal diets.

The chocolate we use is free from gluten, however please check product page for more information.
Different products have different shelf lives, please look at the product description of each individual item which may interest you. Generally all items have a shelf live of at least 6 months
Chocolate should be stored in a cool environment away from sunlight, hot surfaces or items and strong odours to maintain good quality and freshness.

If you are unsatisfied with an item or it has been delivered damaged you can request a return, however, please note on personalised orders, unless their is a specific error or product damage we can not accept returns.
There are no hidden charges or set up fees.
